In today’s episode of the podcast, I have the great privilege of speaking with Parker Valby. Parker is an accomplished runner who competes for the University of Florida. Most recently, Parker placed second in the NCAA Women’s 5k after only a few weeks of training after coming back from a broken foot. Those points scored helped her team clinch the team title!


In this episode, we dive into Parker’s upbringing in the sport from starting to smashing state records in high school. We then go into her time at the University of Florida and this past NCAAs. Lastly, we answer your unique listener questions. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Parker! Her hard work ethic, determination, and enthusiasm for this sport is inspiring.
