Two, I'd say one and a half good stages today.

Tereno was a pretty good stage.

Could have been an absolute banger, but it didn't quite open up early.

And we'll start there though, because still there was big GC changes.

Leaders jersey changes, 188 kilometers from Bar mondolfo to mom baroccio and it's a hilly 4,000 4.5 000

meters elevation gain almost no flat in the whole parkour and steep to very very steep hill stage

we've got a 7k 7% climb that begins with six minutes cool and steep to very, very steep hill stage.

We've got a 7K, 7% climb that begins with six minutes at 11%, then have short hills,

and then we have three reps of a different climbs, but six and a half Ks at 5%. But that's in very steep ramps, narrow roads, bad road services.

It's interspersed with a 500 metre like 15% wall in the middle of it, which you can't

really see on the profile, but it's there.

And the finish is a really technical descent.

Thank God it's a hard stage before.

Like, yeah, short descent into Montbar Baroccio. So yeah, classic Murray stage, Benji.

Yes, sir, and we also had a relatively classic smoothie stage breakaway. We always have a relatively

large breakaway, I would say, in a Muri stage to the point that we had eight riders in that

breakway, including

two riders from Alperson, Blancard and Verstringen could be useful for Van der Poehle later if he chooses

to go for the stage. Joan Bo for Cacharurel as well. Michael Valgrine was present for
