So good, bless, bless, bless.

Well, you know, I'm not doing great at the moment.

Dealing with a, trying to put out a lot of fires right now really and I'll tell you why so

my my weekend started I was hanging out with my friend clay mason banaman not sure if I've talked about him on here before.

But Clay Mason's a guy that I've just been really getting close to. He's one of my best

friend. I would say he's my best friend. You know, we met because one of his kids used to come to climax but now he's

in the Marines and we just ended up forming this great bond we hang out a lot so this

weekend I was like hey Clay why don't you come to, we do this great workout where we introduce new people into Crossfit.

And he said, great, and we showed up, and right when we get to Cross Fit where we had to pair off and partners,

I start getting blown up on my phone, calls from an unlisted number, and I can only mean one thing.
