All right. Well, you guys ready to roll?

Very quiet all of a sudden. Yeah. Well, good to have you. And why don't you grab your Bible? Let's get rolling. We have some work to do. We're in Matthew chapter 25. So why don't you turn there at this time? Can you believe it? We're out of chapter 24. It's been there for several weeks.

Matthew chapter 25.

We are in the middle here of the study of the Olivet discourse, the answer that Jesus gave to his

disciples. We're going to see in the other gospels that it was four of the disciples, specifically

that Jesus is talking to in this little discourse, or I should say big discourse, because Matthew 24

and 25, Jesus is answering the question the disciples put out to him and saying, you know,

when is the end? What are the signs of your coming, your second coming? And when's the end of the

world? That's what they asked Jesus there in Matthew 24, the very beginning. And then the rest of

those red letters, Jesus answers their questions. And he takes

great care and time to answer with great detail. And that's why we've been kind of camping out.

Because, boy, when Jesus talks about the end times in the last days, it sure matches some of the

descriptions of the days we're approaching and seeing right now. And so it makes us excited to look for and watch.

And that's really the theme of Matthew 24,

the first half of this, all of it discourse, watch, be ready.

He says over and over again, watch and be ready.

Don't let it come and surprise you,

the coming, the second coming of Christ.

No man knows the day or the hour,

but you will know the seasons and the times Jesus says. So that's why Matthew 24 is,

but we've taken time with it. In Matthew chapter 25, he's now going to enter into a bunch of

parables about that. It's not disconnected. Some people mistakenly disconnect the parables of chapter 24
