| 1:13.0 | But we're not so good at catching ourselves when we're lying, not lying to other people. |
| 1:17.0 | We're not so good at catching ourselves lying when we're lying to ourselves. |
| 1:21.0 | Now, lying to others and please don't misunderstand this. |
| 1:24.0 | Lying to others is somewhat understandable. It's not excusable, but at least it's understandable. |
| 1:30.0 | But lying to ourselves. Lying to ourselves, it's confusing. |
| 1:36.0 | Lying to ourselves, how many selves do we have? I mean who's lying to who? |
| 1:42.0 | Now, if you're listening to this thinking, Andy, I don't lie to myself. |
| 1:47.0 | Perhaps you just did. So that's the point. It's like, I know. |
| 1:51.0 | And the reason you did it and you don't know about it is because you're really, really good at it. |
| 1:55.0 | And we're all really good at it. And one of the reasons we're so good at deceiving ourselves, |
