Greetings Clark's World Citizens. You hear that upbeat tone to my voice?

That's because, with the help of all of our fans out there,

we took home the Hugo for Best Semi Prozine.

A big hearty and warm thank you to everyone who voted for us.

There really isn't much news to report, being the middle of the month, so I'm just going to jump into our main fiction.

Our second piece of fiction for the month of September, is Paper Cradle by Stephen Gaskell, often

mistaken for an English bum at writerly Shindigs.

Stephen is actually a highly educated individual with two degrees

in physics and artificial intelligent from University College Oxford and the

University of Sussex, respectively.

A firm believer in repaying his debt to society

uses this colossal investment of state taxes

to make video games for UBSoft, personally tutor over privileged teens, and invent science

fictional universes.

His work has appeared in many places including interzone, futuristic, and much to the disappointment of his academic superiors,

the prestigious journal Nature.

He is currently working on his first novel.
