I want to just bring up a comment that was made to me by Special K,

regarding my episode about what makes a good hiking partner.

And we were out hiking last week, and he pointed out to me that hiking at the same pace is important.

And I agreed with him.

Now that doesn't necessarily mean that you go out and say okay,

we all hike at the same pace, that's good.

What it could mean is that the person who hikes at a faster pace,

because there's always going to be somebody in a group that can hike a little faster,

they're more fit.

They're able to tune it down, so that they're hiking at the same pace as the other people.
