and you know who are just core members of the group.

I see so many already on with us you know so but from my little

corner of the world welcome to darma punks we're right now in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. And yes, we are in the middle of a pandemic. No other way to put it, just lay it out there, which is the truth.

And we're all right now surrounded by four significant, or at least here in New York,

there are four at least that I can count

significant stressors that we're all coping with. The first is of course the virus itself,

the COVID. So many of us over 70 are those with compromised immune systems or with

cold morbidities such as diabetes, asthma, so many others,

copid, COPD, you know, even people are younger and healthier.

This can be a really take a severe toll. So it's of course a real

stressor for so many of us, even those of us who younger,

to know that there is this really profoundly contagious and in many cases very destructive disease

present. Second of all we're all not all of us actually some of us are dealing with significant economic uncertainty

lost jobs wages that leave us maybe without money to pay the rent or even knowing how we're going to

provide basic needs, food, health insurance, medications, and so forth.

This can create chronic stress.
