What we do and what we create can change as can the work mode. So to me it's starting with

roots the reason I use the metaphor of roots plural is I haven't found that everybody has like a

singular life purpose.

Plenty of people chase after it and beat themselves up because they can't identify what it is.

And I think it can often be because at different times in our life,

there are different things in our life.

There are different things that have importance.

So it's being connected with that deeper mission you have,

problems or challenges that you're really eager to solve in a way that gives you

direction for how it is that you you know look at what it is that you want to

create.
