Today we saw the Trump doctrine in full effect, both domestically and abroad.

Here at home, Donald Trump fired his attorney general Pam Bondi via social media post.

He said Bondi will, quote, be transitioning to a much needed and important

new job in the private sector to be announced at a date in the near future. For now, Deputy Attorney

General Todd Blanche has been elevated to acting AG. MS now reports that there's already a short list

to replace Bondi in the long term, including current EPA administrator Lee Zeldin,

former Fox News personality and current U.S. attorney, Janine Piro, Senator Eric Schmidt of Missouri,

and Trump's former personal lawyer, Alina Haba, who is currently on the job market after an appeals

court disqualified her from serving as the U.S. attorney for New Jersey. Now, to be clear,

Trump did not fire Bondi for any of the obvious reasons you might be thinking about at home.

For example, he did not fire her for dismissing Epstein survivors, refusing to look them in the eye,

or for public outbursts during congressional hearings. How many of Epstein's co-conspirators have you indicted?
