I said earlier in the week we did a drop on Tuesday because of the Passover and Good Friday holidays and to preview the

birthright citizenship oral argument in the Supreme Court on Wednesday.

Well, that argument has happened.

Now, look, most of you know I try to not be explicitly predictive in my media capacity

when it comes to legal issues.

I think there's a role for us to explain and put in context.

I try to avoid saying, this side's going to win, this side's going to lose.

I'll tell you if I think an argument's stronger or weaker.

But I did get pretty aggressively predictive when it came to birthright citizenship that Trump

would lose.
