Summary

It's hard to surrender our lives to God. It's even harder to surrender our kids. When their daughter was diagnosed with cancer, Trent and Lydia Hol were faced with the reality that they couldn't control their world or their daughter's healing. All they could do was surrender.

know the doctor is going to tell us, oh, your baby's perfect and it's great and it just makes me feel

good. But this time, when we took Ruby in, when the doctor was examining her stomach, when they

always push on their stomachs. And I always why they do that and they're they're actually

feeling for growths in there apparently and I never knew that before and her she had a pretty

big tummy but she was also a very chubby baby just real very healthy she just looked like one of

the most healthy babies you've ever seen really chubby happy baby baby. When he started pushing on her stomach,

he said, you know, her liver feels a little bit enlarged. And he's like, I don't think it's anything
