and she knew that would never happen to her. She was just going to dabble in it, just live her own

life for a while, the way that she wanted to. The journey to humility took 10 years, a decade of

pain, loss, and addiction. Here's Altricia. I grew up in a single parent home. My mother raised me

and two younger sisters. She did everything for us. She worked at one of the local hospitals.

She bought her home. She bought her cars. And she just made sure we had the best of the best. And like I, when I was 16,

I got a 1966 three-speed Mustang. I couldn't even drive. Wow. Oh my goodness. And life was good.

We were made to get up on Sunday mornings to go to church. If we did not go to church,

we could not go ice skating or bowling or have company over or leave the yard. So we had a choice

between Sunday school church or sit in the yard. And she always wanted the best for us. And one thing we were always

told was never to mess around with that stuff. And we were one of what is stuff? And as we got

older, we found out we had a cousin that was an entertainer over in Japan, and she was addicted to heroin.
