What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?

Ryan Leek wears many hats.

He's on the teaching team at three megachurches.

He speaks around the world for corporations. He's an executive coach, an author. He's on the teaching team at three megachurches. He speaks around the world for corporations.

He's an executive coach, an author. He sounds like a guy who has figured out the formula for success.

But if you ask Ryan, he'll tell you that he's actually figured out failure. He realized what is true for many of us. We never even try for our dreams because we are

afraid of falling short. So we ask himself, what would he do if he knew he couldn't fail?

Well, that was easy. His lifelong dream was to play in the NBA. Never mind that he was 28 years old,

that it had been years since he played college

ball. Was he good enough? Probably not. But what if chasing failure is the quickest way to succeed?

My life was pretty normal. I had a job at a church. I don't want to say mundane because I enjoyed my job at the time,

but it was not irregular. It was something that people could understand. When people asked me

what I did for a living, I could clearly articulate to them what I did. Now, it's a little bit more of a mouthful
