Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to week two of the NFL season because week one is over.

The Green Bay Packers are not winners in week one.

They lose to the Minnesota Vikings 23 to 7 at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Never really that close, you know, once the game started going.

I mean, they had chances to tie the game and all that good stuff.

But once it was 10-0, they never got it back within two scores or anything like that.

So frustrating all around performance, especially when, and this is like the last two years,

the season opener is tough because in the NFL, it means more, you know, opening day in

baseball can be that way.

But in baseball, it's like you play tomorrow.

You know, like if you lose it, well, baseball has this stupid thing where they have an off

day after opening day.

So they don't always play tomorrow.

But football, you don't play tomorrow.

You play in a week.

And you wait all this time, hoping that you have an opportunity to see your team that you haven't seen in the Packers case.

You know, we hadn't seen them since the playoff debacle against the San Francisco 49ers in January,

where they pissed away an opportunity to host an NFC championship game.
