Well, I am recording this prior to the games, so I'm sorry I'm not going to be providing any

fantastical analysis of what happened in those games. I'm hoping for a good outcome.

Like I said, it is what it is. Vikings and lions are out, so I will tolerate whatever outcome may come.

My least favorite would be the Eagles, but again, it is what it is.

So today we're going to continue on, news and notes, NFL draft,

and then year in review, starting with the defensive players.

We'll see how far we get with that.

Really, the only thing that's going on right now, obviously we've got the NFL games going on.

There is some quite a bit of college football news going on with all the bowls.

Senior bowl registration happened today for me.

And then day two of the East West Shrine was, practices was today for me.

We'll get to that momentarily.

But otherwise, it's mostly just coach GM stuff.

So Titans hired Dave Ziegler as their new general manager. Mike Zimmer is out as

defensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys likely to retire. Also in hilarious turn of events,

Chip Kelly is all the rage right now as a potential offensive coordinator for the Jaguars and the Texans.

He might be fine. I don't know, but it's just funny.

The whole Chip Kelly thing was such a horrible experiment.
