Don, what is your tip of the trail today?

You know, my tip of the trail has to do with aid station management.

Knowing what you're going to consume, put in your fuel belt, take care of business before

you get there.

Be prepared.

Come in.

You know when the aid station is coming up, especially if you're familiar with the trail,

then you know absolute.

If you have a GPS, you've got a pretty good sense of when it's coming up.

That's the time.

You have your time, your watch, if you're, you know what your pace is, you know when you're

going to be coming up to that aid station, Roger that.

And so it's good to think about, what do I need at this aid station?

I want to make sure that one, I drop my arms, arm bands, because I have a drop bag there.

This is a good chance to get rid of that.

I need to pick up some new goos to replace the ones that I've gone through.

I need to empty out this garbage pouch that I've been carrying around in my handhelds.

Almost all those sticky goos.

It's time to get rid of that.

Those are the kind of things that do, really do two things.
