We go immediately to all the news coming in about Las Vegas following the success of F1, the Formula One races.

We go to first thing to make everybody hungry.

Jeff, what is in and out?

Because I think it's a California thing or west

of the Mississippi. Good evening to you, Jeff. Good evening, John. In-N-Out is a growing chain

that started as just a mom-and-pop hamburger stand in here in California, in Southern California.

And it's really come to embody, embrace the car culture. It's very active with drag racing. I believe the CEO actually is a drag racer herself. Family-owned, privately owned business. They pride themselves on a very simple menu, reasonable prices, very clean, you know, stores, restaurants, and very courteous staff.

And so they're a favorite of Californians, and they have become a favorite as they've continued

to move east. I believe they've actually, they're actually going to be on the East Coast,

and they're not too distant future. at least they're planning on it.

The reason they've stayed pretty close to West Coast for years is because they don't freeze

their beef and they try to source everything as fresh as they can.

And so, you know, that's always been a concern for them is the ability to get the ingredients

they need where they are in a very you know very fresh way so they are opening this new

facility in Vegas and it's very Vegas it's going to be their second largest one it's

going to be about 8,000 over 8,000 square feet it'll have an overlook area so people area so people can sit above the strip and eat their burgers.

It'll have a store inside so people can buy in and out merchandise.

And I'll tell you as somebody who lives in Southern California,

in and out burgers aren't just kind of a cultural thing.
