We go immediately to Vegas report. The wonderful news of the team arriving in a few years' time from Oakland, the Athletics, the Oakland A's.

Now is met by the wonderful news of a concept drawing of what the stadium will look

like. Jeff, a very good evening to you. I believe in the metaphor choice for describing

Armadillo was mentioned. What's it look like to you, Jeff? Good evening to you. Good evening, John.

The proposed Vegas ballpark, and I say proposed because it has been built yet,

it will go for about 1.75 billion or so when it comes to total construction costs.

And this building, what you refer to as armadillo shaped, is what the architect called,

it trying to capture some of the flavor of the surrounding southwest environment there.

And, you know, when I first looked at it, my first thinking was it kind of reminds me of the Sydney Opera House with the shells, you know, nestled within each other.

And again, another great piece of architecture taken from its surroundings.

But this one is massive compared to

the Sydney Opera House, and that it has, you know, giants, you know, glass curtains in the

outfield, a climate-controlled space, and it just, you know, has all the bells and whistles of the

new ballparks and then some. And I'm sure they'll add new ones as the time goes on

before they open it up in 2028. But this will really be one of the architectural wonders of the world,

at least the sports world, when it opens up. It's just gorgeous. And it faces north. I learn from

the architects that that is a great advantage because you do not get direct sunlight.

So that you're, it's like the famous painters.

They always wanted a north facing window in Paris.

And North will allow them to do things.

Like I think they have a lounge bar that has a view of the stadium so that they that's where they make their money right
