there's positive ahead in this sparkling town always new.

Jeff, Tropicana, Sianoa, Mirage, Sianoa.

I've seen article after article sentimental about.

That was then. What is now, Jeff? What's coming in the place of these

well-known casinos? Good evening to you. Good evening, John. There's a lot of

sentiments, especially about

the Tropic Canada because it goes back to the early days and of course all the things that people talked about with you know the gangsters and all the you know the 60s and 70s when there were still a lot of glitter and Hollywood show business there.

But that has been torn down or is in the process of its final tear down.

And that will be replaced by the baseball stadium that's going to be constructed for the Oakland A's. We'll be moving there in a few years. I believe they'll be, they're expected to check in around 2028 if there are any problems.

They'll move to Sacramento for a couple years,

playing a minor league baseball stadium there,

and then move to Las Vegas for the specially built stadium,

especially built for them.

And it will have all the new bells and whistles that a lot of these high-tech

stadiums and arenas do these days.

And so you have that coming in.
