President Barack Obama commenting on Senator Tim Scott's candidacy for the Republican nomination

for the presidency.

In Dan Hanagher's new column at Wonderland, I welcome Dan to help me understand this

remark.

Street Journal editorial page still is confounding to me that Barack Obama would come out and speak

so poorly of Senator Scott.

Senator Scott is commented as a gentleman fashion afterwards, but I'd like your understanding

of why Barack Obama said this about a man who's come over obstacles and hurdles that only

I only read about it life.
