How do they lose a billion dollars in a place that's presented as paradise?

Portland, Oregon is a beautiful place, or it's certainly once was.

It's there.

It's got rivers.

It's got nearby mountains and forests.

It's just gorgeous in that area.

However, crime, homelessness, and all of the things that go with it have really taken

its toll.

Of course, a big part of that, a driver has been a drug use.

Back in 2020, folks of the state there voted to essentially decriminalize drug use.

The biggest thing you're going to get hit with is $100 fine if you're even, they give

you that.
