I'm so pleased because I used to not run on Wednesdays. I used to do a boot camp class, but now I've switched my cross training to Tuesday, Thursday. So now I run on Wednesdays and I run with Molly. We have a standing Wednesday morning date to run this summer and we decided

that wasn't enough. So we just added Mondays as well and it's such a delight to get to see her and catch up

with her twice a week. Great that's great how was your run this morning what'd you do?

We so well on Monday we did Hill repeats Repeat because that was my thing that I'm now starting to do.

And so she joined me on that and that was a lot of fun except when she started then getting

So it's interesting. We, so on Wednesdays we typically just run kind of a very easy hour-long run.

Molly always has like a spring on our step the second we start and I'm always like,

And a lot of times we run up to this one water fountain, a Benson Bubbler here in Oregon that is a continually flowing water fountain.

So, and I just basically took like a, use it like a bird bath today.

I ran through my hair a little bit, took a sip of water.
