who is a private investigator for the Greenberg family.

This is personally a very important show as it is I know for our best guest here today. Let me just fill you in on the very

latest, then I'll introduce the best guest and we will get into it. The

Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided last Tuesday to hear the case of Ellen Greenberg.

Her death, as most of you know, was ruled as suicide back in 2011.

Her parents, who will be here tomorrow night with investigative reporter Gavin Fish.

You're going to hear me talking a lot about Gavin Fish tonight because he had an interesting

op-ed piece. They will all be here tomorrow night, but nevertheless, Josh and Sandy Greenberg,

they've been fighting for over a decade and spending well over a half million of their own dollars

to get just a manner of death changed from homicide, I'm sorry, from suicide to either homicide or undecided.

The Greenberg family has been in a years long fight with the city of Philadelphia over

Ellen's manner of death since it was ruled a suicide back in 2011.

It initially was ruled a homicide so it gets confusing it gets tricky but the bottom
