we we had a uh i don't know if you guys are familiar, but I was actually on Mark's podcast a couple months ago. And we actually had a really great talk. I mean, as we started getting into it, I mean, all of a sudden it was like time. And we looked down and it would have been, you know, 90 minutes or two hours. Then we went out and actually worked on a little bit of athleticism and, you know, toes forward and some of the things that we discussed. But really what, you know, Mark originally invited me down there was to talk about training. And unfortunately, fortunately or unfortunately, it just ran in a million different directions. I know. That sounds like that's right. Yeah, exactly. It should go in those directions, right because that that's, that's where the juice is. Yeah. And, you know, and then you bring in people that actually have opinions and ideas. And the one thing that I really am excited to talk about today is, you know, not only cultivating a proper mindset, but I know that, you know, your deal with the unbreakable mind is really about you know cultivating you know mental toughness and I kind of hate using that word
