| 1:23.0 | intensity and duration of exercise. So as far as diet goes, right? You want to avoid a couple of things. Now obviously you want patients to avoid sugar, right? |

| 1:37.0 | you know, candy, sodas, juices, so have them avoid things like that. But really the big player are going to be carbohydrates. So carbohydrates include things like pasta, |
| 1:47.5 | bread, tortilla, rice, those are probably the most common potatoes. You know, those are probably the most common forms of carbohydrate consumption. |
