Hey, what's going on guys, and welcome to episode 32 of the Physician

assistant boards.com podcast, and today we're going to be speaking about

generalized anxiety disorder. Now generalized anxiety disorder, along with depression depression are probably the two most common psych disorders that you are going to be dealing with on a day-to-day basis.

So for that reason, it's very important that you really understand how to actually diagnose somebody with

generalized anxiety disorder.

And once we get the diagnosis down, then we're going to go ahead and start talking about

how we can actually provide treatment for

these patients. Very, very common, like I stated in every other podcast, the

boards like to test things that are common because common things are common.

So we're going to be going over generalizing anxiety disorder today.

Before we get started with that, I want to thank everybody that sent me an email

book to fulfill your needs so for that reason I really appreciate all of the

feedback I've been getting. I've gotten some interesting answers and I've

gotten things that kind of scattered throughout the board but one of the most common recurring themes that I've been

seeing is you want questions so you want to see questions at the end of each

maybe organ system that we review and so that's kind of the recurring thing that I've seen

there for those that haven't sent me an email I'd really appreciate an email so that

way we can get the ball rolling and really you know create something that's

beneficial to you so we don't create something that's already out there because there'd be no point
