P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, Sean Combs, whatever you want to call him,

he was sentenced to four years in prison, four years in federal prison.

Many people were a bit sort of surprised at this.

Others felt that the sentence was much too lenient, and of course,

the defense felt that the sentence was much too harsh. Sean Combs sentenced to more than four years in prison after apologizing for sick conduct. This is from the New York Times.

The judge said that a substantial sentence was required to send a message to abusers and

victims alike that exploitation and violence against women is met with real accountability.

Sean Combs, who you see up in the thumbnail, the fallen hip-hop mogul, was sentenced on

Friday to more than four years in prison for prostitution-related offenses in a case that

drew global attention for its lurid accounts of violence and fetishistic sex marathons,

Judge Aran Subramanian, who was overseeing the case said in delivering the sentence of 50 months that a substantial sentence was required to send a message to abusers and victims alike

that exploitation and violence against women is met with real accountability.
