I go to Jeremy Zakis in New South Wales.

Several weeks ago, Jeremy reported flooding in the north of New South Wales. And now a story that I

guess I should have anticipated it. But still, when you come back to your house after flooding,

you expect to have to clean up mud. You expect that you have to have the insurance agent in. But,

Jeremy, is this something that is so routine that they just put it in the news,

or is this odd?

Well, John, this is actually a bit of an odd story.

And I guess what's actually happened, and just to explain it, is we did have floods around about three weeks ago in the Kempsey and

Tari region of northern New South Wales, which is an area unfortunately as low-lying lands,
