The contest is about whose bested cricket?

Ashes refers to, in the first instance, the English team was expecting to trump all over the Australians after all.

They could barely hold a bat. Well, Australia won.

So, the English team, doing us the favor, burned the wickets.

And the ashes were collected, hence the name Ashes.

The last time it was a complete ashes series, it was in Australia.

And that's when I started learning cricket, thanks to Jeremy's guidance.

This Australia's test, 5-day test, is in England and they're coming to the fifth test.
