I'm John Bachelor with my mate, Jeremy Zakas in New South Wales, my guide on cricket.

Now Jeremy's taught me the rules and I've studied the game, but you have to actually pay attention to the

England team to learn how the game is played because they trash talk especially

Australia I imagine they trash talk everybody but it must be a delight for them.

And they are also practicing what we here in North America call law fair.

That is, you take the rulebook and you read the very fine print and then you make rules up and

argue on the field.

Jeremy, they're just bad sports or is this some tactic to wear you down.

I think John is probably more a tactic to wear us down, but you know what? They are on so. Naturally, we always consider them to be bad sports regardless being being Ozzies's but it's probably getting now to fever pitch in some ways

especially since the last couple of Asher's series where the ponds have really really struggled to

beat us on the field they've really struggled against basically our followers and

our batsmen and they're finding other ways to get creative and try and I guess

really get under our skin and kind of force a form of psychological warfare onto us using basically the rules of the game.

And now what happened this week John at Lords, which was the site of the last Ashes series where basically

the Poms went all out to really try and throw us up our game by complaining about us being cheaters, being losers, being, you know, doing everything under the sun that's not kosher and cricket to try and win. We've now had a game at Lords against the palms once again

and once again they've decided to try and call us cheats and try and call us

and call us all the things that you know they think gets under our skins

and what actually happened this

week John was during a game when Australia was was bowling and fielding Australia

naturally and wicket keepers they're very aggressive I guess you could say when the ball goes past the wicket keepers, they're very aggressive, I guess you could say, when the ball goes past the wicket,

especially when there's English players there. They get up close and they try and catch the ball.
