and my girl, Anastasia Jones, Downing today. So Miss Anastasia is a repeat guest on this podcast and

for good reason because the girl, she is, to put it simply, she's just, she's a force.

She's a very strong force and in a light. I need to add that too. She's pure light.

And just knowing her the little bit and well getting to know her more but knowing her you know

I've never like met her in person we've only had a handful of conversations but every conversation

I have with her I walk away better and more expansive and more faithful in in my business and what I can do and impact that I can create.

And she just, she has that ability and that gift to, I feel like she probably makes

everybody feel that way. So I knew that I needed to get her back on this podcast so that

we could have a conversation around business.

refined herself and went through this personal awakening.
