All right here we go with today's show This ever happened to you, You're, you know, you're in your office, doing your normal stuff, and, you know, one of your directs comes in and she owes you something, right? And then you ask her for it and she blames somebody else.

I know it's never it never happened to me.

Apparently you don't hire as well as I do.

Yeah.

Yeah. This is one of those things like every manager who's ever managed one day in their life has to go through this right and if you're a new manager we just like to take a bet as to how soon it is before that happens to you.

Yeah and as the movie line says there's never an egg timer around when you need one right

should take about three minutes before one of your directs

drops the ball and then says well but you don't understand I couldn't do my work

without without Bob's stuff Bob promised me X he didn't it to me, so I can't get it to you.

So, you know, it's really, it's not my issue, it's Bob's, right?

I mean, that's, that's the problem.

Okay, well, it's never happened to you, but it just happened to me.

So, so, so, so, that was a feb I admitted, it happened to me a hundred times.

Okay, okay. So what's the right way to handle this situation?

I mean, do we go talk to the other director?

So Sue blames, you know, Bob. So do we go talk to Bob?
