Summary

In this brief episode, I talk about the helicopter approach to anxiety - figuring out why you are here dealing with anxiety. I go through my own recent mini flare up with anxiety and track the steps I take, all of which fall under the assess and address approach, to bring myself back to feeling good. No guests, just me.

1:12.9

long way and sometimes I need to remind myself that, you know, I never would have thought back in 2014

1:17.6

when my anxiety was just all consuming that I would be doing any of the things that I'm doing today.

1:23.6

I'm going travelling around Japan, Thailand, I'm speaking at events almost every fortnight.

1:29.5

I got married.

1:30.8

I bought a house.

1:32.2

I like God, I never ever thought I would have been able to cope with a wedding way back when.
