I think the American conception is a construction.

It's something, it's a, it's a way that we have constructed the world to work.

Like property and ownership is just a matter of contracts.

And I have agreed that this is your house now.

Yeah.

It used to be mine, but I have agreed now that it's yours. And like the contract should reflect

reality, right? I think contracts are fine. But like the way we view property is merely contractual

where like the social contract is that the public has agreed and this foundation has agreed that

this park is for public use.

And like that's why we can use it.

Otherwise it would be trespassing.

You know, whereas like it just makes sense that actually a really great example would be like,

is it against the law for a dog, your neighbor's dog, to poop in your yard.

It's against the law of my house, brother.

Is it against the law for me to pump your dog full of hot lead for taking a dump on my yard?
