Welcome along to your free podcast for today. How are we? Nice weekend, good, good. I went to bed really early yesterday. If I tell you, I went to bed at 4.30 in the afternoon, it shows how tired I was. I had been a very stressful weekend, very stressful, but I sort of climbed into bed, and I was out for the cat. I think I woke up once or twice and that was it.

Then I got up, had a nice shower and watered the plants, did the usual kind of things.
