Alright, so today I want to talk about something that I personally struggle with and that

is overwhelmed.

I can be someone who takes on way too many things, way too fast and this became very apparent

to me just recently in a little bit of a funny situation, but my husband and I were traveling

and I was a royal struggle bus.

It was a very lighthearted way to put it.

And so it kind of got me thinking about, you know, it was interestingly, this is also

smack job in the middle of this season where I've just been feeling kind of burned out and

as if I was lacking a little bit of direction and I don't think it was a coincidence that

what I'm about to tell you about happened and how it's helped me regain some balance and

help me regain and take back some order in my life.

So if you are a girl that is easily overwhelmed or over commits and just feels like you're

juggling too many things, this is the episode for you.

So not too long ago my husband and I were invited to speak together which was honestly

such a fun thing to do.

I love getting to work with him and just come together and create something and inspire

and encourage other people.

So getting to do that was such a blast, but we had a few hang ups on the way to our destination.
