but when you do too much of it. I will say

one of the greatest challenges as a human being is balancing the right amount of a good thing.

Like thinking is a good thing. If you think a lot, you're probably more self-aware and you

probably make better decisions. But if you think too much, then're probably more self-aware and you probably make better decisions.

Too much exercise is bad for your body.
