particularly optimistic about Aaron Glenn, but I've been wrong in the past. And sometimes there

have been turnaround stories in the NFL, coaches who seemed hopeless, who managed to get it right.

I think that there are a couple of things that come to mind for me about what Glenn needs to do.

First is there needs to be a more cohesive approach to team building.

I feel like looking back, a lot of what the Jets did last off season just did not make a

whole lot of sense. And, you know, I could look at what they did at the quarterback position with
