And I wanted to bring you on, Dr. Hines, to talk about this field of adult development. We hear about, we were talking before we started recording about child development, but development doesn't stop, you know, when you become an adult. And so we all have these issues where we feel sometimes stuck in these areas that we're talking about, you know, we feel the need to be perfect. We get paralyzed because we don't know what to do and how to make a good decision.

and development over time, and we've relegated in adulthood that task to arguably the cheesiest aisle in the bookstore, right?

So, which is to me a tragedy, you know, I think that people are looking for help in humaning and being an adult and how to show up differently. They can recognize that they may have patterns like people pleasing and perfectionism and then of course the paralysis that comes with all of this and feel like you know what's wrong with me? I'm 45 years old. Why can I not speak up to my boss? You know, why can I not say no to that
