It's an emotional one guys I'm not guna lie but it's all about dealing with things and realising how far I have come on this journey.  This week's episode is all about not letting your thoughts become you and how to try not let them takeover. Thoughts can be very overpowering when it comes to sobriety and in this podcast I explain how I get through it when they occur.  I had my first tour date in Wellingborough so I talk about how that went and there were definitely some characters there but also a really inspiring story which meant a lot to me and spoke volumes. because um if you are on this sober journey and i know a lot of you that tuned in and the tuning

are on this sober journey weekends can be awkward and pretty lonely and confusing.
