listening for a while. Way, way back in one of our earliest seasons we spoke with a guest who

was pro anorexia. It was for sure the most controversial episode that we've done. It was one of the

hardest episodes to host honestly. If you've listened to that episode, it was it was hard not to judge

clearly something that Joe and myself did not agree with. And I think it's you know important

that we make it clear through this platform that anorexia is not a lifestyle. It's an illness,
