Well, today we're going to be talking about this thing called imposter syndrome.

I didn't make that phrase up.

In fact, one of my readers messaged me on social media asking me, how do you overcome imposter

syndrome?

And to be honest, in the moment, I just wanted to text her back IDK.

Because I don't know all the time.

However, I loved how she said it in the way that she worded it.

And it resonated with me so much just from my own story.

There have been so many times where I felt like, I have no business doing this.

I have no right to be here.

What am I even doing?

But as I thought about her question, I realized that although I totally resonated with the

feeling, I also have learned some simple ways to overcome those feelings and really tackle

what's in front of me one day at a time.
