you being here with me. One of the things I appreciate about my job is the fact that I get to work in a hoodie and jeans which is kind of nice.

Usually it's sweatpants or gym clothes at my apartment but I figure since I've got the video

not but I feel like that's a thing that people don't wash their genes after every

time they wear them. You ever wonder how trends like that get started?

Like, who is the first person to be like, you know what?

We don't have to watch jeans after each time we wear them.

And of course, there's definitely a possibility that I should be washing my genes after every use and everybody's listening right now thinking that I'm pretty gross.

But anyway, I am super excited for this episode

and just a lot of meaning in the fitness space and really just in life and I feel like you know

anything fitness related is kind of just a microcosm for life anyway so you know when I talk about things as far as like fitness related

topics it generally applies to the rest of your life as well so the topic is a powerful F word and I'm not talking about that F word so get your mind out of the gutter.

Although that is one of my favorite words just because it is so versatile and has so many different meanings to it, but I know that some people can get offended by it.

But if you think about it, the F word is really just it provides more emphasis like if I'm talking to a friend and I'm like hey

What'd you do on Thursday night and he's like oh, I went out it was crazy, we had so much fun, all right, and then I'm like,
