Hi moms, this is Heidi St. John. Today I want to tackle a subject that has been near and

dear to my heart since my young adult life. Probably since I was about 18, I have struggled

off and on with low level anxiety. And there are lots of reasons for that, and it's something

that I've had to really give to the Lord over the years. But I'm learning something about

my walk with the Lord and learning something about the power of stress and anxiety in my

life. And what it says about me, and I thought that I would share a little bit about what

the Lord's teaching me and hope that it blesses you today. So if you have your Bible, take

a minute and look up Matthew 6. Matthew is the first book of the New Testament, so it's

going to be about three quarters of the way through your Bible. Matthew 6 verses 26 through

34. Here's what it says, look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow neither do they

reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much

more than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single qubit to his lifespan?
