0:48.3	but heart set I like that. Well that talks about you know what I say about NFL players and
0:53.3	it doesn't say much for me as an average division three football player but you know your skills and
0:58.3	your knowledge determine your basement you know so take Jeff George or Ryan Leef. They had really
1:03.2	high basements but that desire that heart set determines your ceiling, your potential and you see
1:10.0	that in the NFL I think more than anywhere you can get away with it in baseball you can get away
1:15.1	but not in football. Your potential your ceiling is that desire and you're one of those players
1:20.4	that are played with desire. Old school football in fact you played what I call an old school
1:24.7	position so I'm going to start on the football field then I'm going to get into one of my favorite
1:28.4	topics that you and I both share a big heart set for but you know being a full back is an
1:36.8	interesting position not a lot of teams have full backs there you know is a different need today.
1:43.4	How has that position changed as far as skills go what you know what do you need to do as a full
1:49.2	back today. Yeah I mean it's the league is cyclical right so everything's a cycle you want to
1:54.2	get big on offense to you know take advantage of small defenses obviously you want to get fast
