when I was going through anxiety and panic effects

and depression, I had to focus on mental health wellness.

And it's such a popular trendy thing to talk about.

I mean, for good reasons, because it's now not as taboo.

But all I could find was mindfulness.

So transcendental meditation and Buddhist type

words of affirmation, like you do mantras

and living kindness as celebrities talk about it.

And there's a lot of science behind it.

So I was like, how come there's no Christian biblical mindfulness?

Like, what does God have to say about this?

So there's a big focus.

And I live in Northern California and the Bay Area in California.

And maybe for some of the listeners, I'm not from California.

We have this reputation of being way out there.

All this stuff like breath work is so in right now.

Everybody does it.

And so I started looking up the word breed

or breath in scripture.

And there's over a thousand references

to the word breed or breath.
