Do you ever suffer from social anxiety?

It's very common. It's that feeling that you have in your body when you're about to go somewhere,

maybe you're about to meet somebody or a group of people,

and there's a nervousness to it. There's an inability to be present,

there's a self-consciousness attached and instead of really engaging in your surroundings, you're in your head, right?

You're thinking, how do I look?

Do I sound okay?

Am I being weird? What's going on with my hands?

Should I interject into this conversation, should I just sit back and be quiet?

I think we're all familiar with social anxiety to varying degrees, right?

I certainly used to have it more before I practice so much of myself

and very consciously put myself in, you know, in willingly put myself in situations that were

uncomfortable so that my exposure to that discomfort started to

become comfortable slowly. Like my social anxiety still exists sometimes even

as someone who loves people loves to talk, it's there and I allow it to be there, right?

Like it's part of the human experiences, new exposure to people and situations,

naturally can have us feeling, know the anxious and lover sometimes that's

okay we don't need to resist it I want to tell you my favorite way.

Oh my gosh, this has never let me down.

Never in a million years has just let me down

in terms of quelling that anxiety, right?
