Resistance is what holds all of us back from reaching our true potential. Think about something that you are very talented at or passionate about. What is stopping you from going from good to great? What is standing in the way of the ultimate achievement? More than likely it’s you. Today I dive deep into some more of Abraham Maslow’s work, and discuss how you might be making yourself miserable by simply not trying to reach your full potential. Stop fighting that which is calling you, embrace it.

1:35.0 | I mean self-mastery is just a word that is used. |

1:44.0 | And with that vision that you would have, |
1:47.0 | you'd have to harness it to realize the vision. |
1:51.0 | There's an exercise I take my clients through that is a goal setting exercise that projects forward across 12 key areas of life. |
2:00.0 | And in this projection that we walk through, we take special time to feel the emotional charge of what that desired outcome would actually mean. |
