And allow yourself to sink into your bed a little.

Notice the space around you.

Becoming aware of any little sounds, any little movements your body might be making, and then become aware of inside.

Noticing any thoughts that may be swirling in your mind.

Any last movements of energy residing in your body?

And find your breath, allowing each inhale to gather those thoughts, gather all those pieces of energy,
